Step 1.
Intro, Signing & Deposits.
So you’re thinking of using FelixCo. for your new brand design project. That’s awesome. We’ll do some great work together.
First off we’ll have a quick chat so I can learn about you, your brand and where my help can fit in. I’ll send you a project proposal shortly after this which will outline deliverables, project scope, timeframe and budget.
Before any work commences, I will ask for a couple of things from you:
• The signing of an SOW document (Statement Of Work). This is to make sure we’re both aligned with the process and to provide you transparency on what you’re getting.
• Payment of any deposits, typically 50% of the overall project.

Brainstorming.
Step 2.
Project Brief & Moodboards.
In order to create the best possible design for you, I need to know what you’re thinking. This is how you can help me:
• I will send you a project brief document which I’ll ask you to fill out with as much detail as you can.
• I will also ask you to put together a moodboard which should show designs, colours, styles, etc. that you like and want to implement in your brand design.

Time for a chat.
Step 3.
Discovery Call, 30-45 mins.
Hopefully by now, we have already spoken ear to ear or face to face. But if not, then this is a great opportunity to meet and discuss ideas.
After I have received your project brief and moodboard, this is the perfect time to run through everything and really nail down your thoughts and aspirations for the project.
This step will help me gain a better understanding of you as a person and what you’re looking for with your new brand design.

Step 4 ↡
The fun part.
Step 4.
Creation.
We’ve got the project brief down to a tee, that’s brilliant. Now I will hunker down in my design cave for a week or so, crafting perfection.
I will undertake meticulous research on your company and services or products, market and background. This is going to allow me to create you a brand design that is truly unique and able to tell the story of you.
I’ll be keeping you updated on the process and where I’m at with your brand design throughout this period.

Polishing.
Step 5.
Feedback.
The wait is over! Once creation is complete, I will send your brand design presentation via email for your viewing.
I will ask that you spend at least the next 24 hours to evaluate the design and note down your feedback. Initial thoughts are definitely important, but taking some time to let the design sink in, is crucial.
So take this time to ponder and carefully inspect every aspect of the document. Everything I have put into the brand design, I have done for a reason. I will have created what I believe is the best representation of your company.
I can’t wait to hear your feedback! Hopefully I will have hit the mark straight away, but if not then there are 3 rounds of amends included in the project for you to make changes as you see fit.

We’re done!
Step 6.
Final Payment & Delivery.
Job done! After I receive final payment, the brand design will become your property and I will send all the files over.
I will provide you with PNG, JPG, SVG, EPS & PDF file exports of your logo design, this will cover you for every circumstance of application. You’ll also receive your style guide or brand guidelines document (depending on package chosen) and any other files that come with your chosen design package.
Now if you decide on brand excellency and opt for the Ultimate Package, (and good for you if so) then this isn’t goodbye, we’re really only just getting started! You’ll receive your files the same as above, alongside the next steps on creating your entire visual asset arsenal.
